The Golf Guide Membership – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership with The Golf Guide available through www.thegolfguide.co.uk.
By purchasing or renewing a membership, you agree to these Terms.
1. Membership Benefits
As a member of The Golf Guide, you will receive access to the following benefits:
- Exclusive discounts on golf equipment and clothing from selected retailers and partners.
- Discounted green fees and offers at participating golf courses across the UK and abroad.
- Priority access and invitations to member-only golf events and experiences.
- Special rates and packages for golf holidays via our travel partners.
- Additional benefits as may be added from time to time at our discretion.
Benefits may vary based on location, availability, and participating partners.
2. Membership Term & Renewal
- Membership is offered on a rolling annual basis or monthly direct debit.
- Payment is taken via Direct Debit and will auto-renew each year unless cancelled in accordance with section 5.
- You will receive a notification before your renewal date confirming your upcoming payment and continued benefits.
3. Payments
- Membership fees are payable annually via Direct Debit.
- The current membership fee is £19.99 monthly or £220 in advance. We reserve the right to change the fee with prior notice.
- By providing your Direct Debit details, you authorise us to collect payment each month or year on the renewal date.
4. Member Obligations
- Membership is non-transferable and valid for one named individual.
- Members must keep their contact and payment details up to date.
- Misuse of discounts or fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least 14 days’ written notice prior to your renewal date.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email to: cancelgolfguide.co.uk
- If cancellation is received after the renewal date, the membership will remain active until the end of the current paid term.
6. Changes to Benefits and Terms
- We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or replace any benefits or offers at any time.
- Changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or posted on the Website.
7. Liability
- We are not responsible for services, products, or offers provided by third-party partners.
- All partner discounts and promotions are subject to the individual provider’s terms and availability.
8. Data Protection
- We will collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Your details will only be shared with relevant partners for the purpose of fulfilling member benefits.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
