One of golf\u2019s in-form players this season, Ricardo Gouveia is on target to make a welcome return to the European Tour in 2022, and golfers are being offered the exclusive chance to discover the secrets of the Portuguese star at Quinta do Lago<\/a> this summer and autumn.<\/p>

Gouveia, the highest-ranked Portuguese player of all time and winner of last month\u2019s Italian Challenge on the European Challenge Tour, has joined forces with Europe\u2019s premier golf, sports and family resort for the second year running to offer amateurs a round of golf that they will never forget with Quinta do Lago\u2019s \u2018Golf Pro Experience\u2019.<\/p>

The former world number 77 has enjoyed an impressive upturn in form in 2021, rising 700 places in the rankings to be ranked just outside the world\u2019s top-300 players, and his victory in Italy moved him up to third in the 2021 Challenge Tour standings.<\/p>

Gouveia has a long-standing association with Quinta do Lago dating back to his childhood days growing up in the Algarve, and there are few people that know the prestigious venue\u2019s three championship golf courses better than him.<\/p>

Bookable for two or three players, the \u2018Golf Pro Experience\u2019 includes 18 holes with a buggy on any of the resort\u2019s three courses. Subject to availability throughout 2020, prices start from \u20ac299 per person for two players and \u20ac266 per person for a three-player experience.<\/p>

Quinta do Lago\u2019s close relationship with Gouveia is a further example of the award-winning resort\u2019s elite standing in the golf industry, with its reputation set to be boosted further this autumn with the reopening of the venue\u2019s famous South Course following a \u20ac7m golf improvement programme.<\/p>
