<\/a>Few luxury resorts blend architecture, landscapes, and gastronomy with quite such spectacular flair as the Algarve\u2019s stunning\u00a0Palmares Ocean Living & Golf<\/a>. Owned and operated by\u00a0Kronos Homes<\/a>, the resort\u2019s clubhouse was awarded a National Real Estate Reward, while the fine dining restaurant within it \u2013 Al Sud \u2013 has just celebrated the renewal of its coveted Michelin star. Now, Al Sud has revealed a new menu for the 2023 summer season, focused on the true tastes of the Algarve.\u00a0

Executive Chef Louis Anjos has worked with Chef Ricardo Luz for months on creating a tribute to local flavours. Chef Anjos comments:\u00a0\u201cThis new menu is a gastronomic journey. It is the reflection of a tireless search for the best that the Algarve has to offer, combined with the elegance and creativity that characterizes every aspect of Al Sud and Palmares Ocean Living. Each dish was thought out in detail, to deliver an unforgettable sensory experience.\u201d<\/em>

<\/a>The new menu consists of ten \u201cmoments\u201d, with dishes such as tuna with oysters from the Alvor estuary, which diners overlook as they sit on Al Sud\u2019s terrace. Other highlights include Oscietra caviar and cucumber, duck with foie gras, orange and carolino rice from Portugal\u2019s Vale do Sado and a dessert celebrating Algarve almonds with muscatel and rosemary.\u00a0

Al Sud\u2019s gastronomic journey takes diners\u2019 palettes through a sophisticated of Portuguese meat, fish, seafood and vegetable specialities, elevating traditional flavours to new heights.\u00a0

<\/a>Al Sud has capacity for 24 diners. It opens from Wednesday to Saturday until 4th<\/sup>\u00a0April, after which it will open from Tuesday to Saturday.
