Legendary hotelier Sir Rocco Forte has been unveiled as the special guest of honour at a unique new B2B event showcasing the very best in high-end golf tourism.<\/p>

Delivered by industry experts with more than 20 years\u2019 experience, Elevate Golf<\/a> is tailored at connecting golf\u2019s elite. Taking place at the Old Course Hotel, St Andrews, from October 27-31, the invite-only event will be attended by the finest golf courses, accommodation providers and international tour operators.<\/p>

Following five days of networking opportunities, the event will conclude with a golf tourism celebratory gala dinner. During the evening, Forte will take part in a special Q&A with SKY TV presenter and broadcaster Di Stewart, with attendees getting to hear his thoughts on various topics in the luxury hospitality sector.<\/p>

Established in 1996 by Forte and his sister Olga Polizzi, Rocco Forte Hotels<\/a> is a collection of 14 individual hotels, resorts, residences and villas worldwide. In the UK, the group owns esteemed venues Brown\u2019s Hotel in London and The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh \u2013 with representatives from the latter set to be one of 100-plus suppliers at Elevate Golf taking part in bespoke appointments with the world\u2019s best international tour operators.<\/p>

A keen golfer with a real passion for the sport, Forte is no stranger to the world of high-end golf tourism with his Verdura Resort development in Sicily \u2013 which opened in 2009 \u2013 in the upper echelons of European golf resort rankings.<\/p>

Speaking ahead of Elevate Golf, Sir Rocco Forte said: \u201cI\u2019m privileged to be asked to take part in the first ever Elevate Golf event at the Old Course Hotel.<\/p>
